Willson is currently looking for a results orientated Inside Sales Representative for its Fort Erie, Ontario location. This is a great opportunity to join a leading company, learn the business and train to move into a possible outside sales or operational role.

Your responsibilities:

§         Contacting prospective clients and promoting Willson International’s services with the goal of setting up appointments for the sales executives

§         Sending communications and marketing materials to prospects

§         Researching in support of cold call activities 

§         Forecasting to sales and marketing management

§         Maintaining a working knowledge of company products and services

Your qualifications:

§         Skilled at cold calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities

§         Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers

§         Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities

§         Goal and results oriented

§         Strong prospecting skills and negotiating skills

§         Well developed organizational and time management skills

§         Strong written and verbal skills

§         Proven to be a consistent overachiever

§         Able to work independently and or part of a team.

Required qualifications:

§         High School Diploma is required; College Diploma in Business Administration and or equivalent is preferred.

§        Minimum one (1) year in a telemarketing / call centre outbound sales role environment, preferably within customs brokerage.

§        Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products

§        Strong communication skills – verbal and written
