In the unlikely event of a clerical error in the preparation of an entry that effects the tariff classification, the value declared or the tariff treatment, we will correct it free of charge, and credit your account with the brokerage cost of the original entry. If the error results in the overpayment of duty, we will also immediately credit your account with any overpayment of duty. Should circumstance delay a shipment and we're in any way responsible, we will credit your account immediately with the cost of any demurrage charges incurred.
