CP Customer Bulletin: Update on Flooding in Manitoba and North Dakota

CP's lines from Emerson to Winnipeg, MB, remains closed due to flooding. Traffic continues to be embargoed around the border crossing at Noyes/Emerson with traffic being rerouted. Throughout southern Manitoba, waters are slowly receding and lines will reopen as soon as it is safe to resume operations. In North Dakota, as of Friday CP was experiencing flood-related service disruptions and detouring trains around the affected areas. While some delays are inevitable, CP crews are working to restore the track as soon as safely possible.
